Real estate as collateral?

Hard money is a real estate–secured loan. That means we loan larger amounts (generally $40,000 and up, no maximum) and put a lien on real estate to secure the loan.

We can take a mortgage on a single family home, commercial condo or warehouse, raw land, residential condo, vacation home, commercial lease, “tear-down” home or business property, leasehold land or property, Hawaiian Homelands, ag land, CPR properties, co-op, rental unit, a property you plan to buy, or a property you plan to build.

Hawaii hard money costs 1% per month, interest-only, and takes about 15 business days to close, start to finish.

Hard money is fast and easy to obtain, but it is not cheap.
